Good call on failed delivery attempts. An auto-cancel rule after a set number of failed attempts, plus a flag on repeat-offender phone numbers, would probably pay for itself fast for high-volume sellers. The OTP check already filters the obvious fakes, so the returns problem is the sharper one.
Billing in taka with bKash and SSLCommerz built in removes a real barrier for sellers who can't justify USD-priced SaaS. Having Pathao and Steadfast booking inside the same console as the catalog saves the usual app juggling. Does courier tracking status flow back to the order automatically, or do sellers check that separately?

Building around COD, phone OTP and courier booking is a good fit for sellers moving off Facebook and WhatsApp orders. The risky part of COD is returns and fake orders, so an OTP check before dispatch and a per-customer return count would help sellers a lot. Free plan taking COD makes sense as an entry point. Curious how the courier booking handles failed delivery attempts, since that is where most sellers lose money.
